FAQ
Dealer Program Questions
What does it cost to become a dealer?
Startup is equipment plus initial stocking order and certification training — most existing roofing or exterior contractors are in the program for less than the cost of one crew's re-roofing tools. There are no franchise fees or royalties; we make money when you buy product.
How exclusive is a territory, really?
Genuinely exclusive by mapped service area. Consumer leads from our brand sites inside your territory route to you, and we will not certify a second dealer in it while you hold it and stay active.
How do margins compare to re-roofing?
Restoration tickets run about half a replacement price with a fraction of the labor, no tear-off, no disposal and no shingle logistics. Most dealers report better gross margin percentage and dramatically better margin per crew-day than replacement work.
What warranty do my customers get?
Manufacturer-backed 10-year coverage at the 40-mil build or 15-year at 60 mils, issued through you as the certified installer. Film-thickness verification protects both sides of that certificate.
What colors can I offer homeowners?
Multiple stocked roof shades covering the popular shingle palette, plus a custom tint program for HOA and multi-unit color matching.
What if a homeowner finds you directly?
In a protected territory, that lead is yours — we forward it. Homeowners outside any active territory are served with DIY kits or held until a dealer opens the area, which is often the signal that a territory is worth taking.
